Position Information:
- Contact customers and prospects to sell a variety of FedEx services.
- Focus on personal sales targets by developing new business
opportunities.
- Troubleshoot customer problems.
- Enhance existing customer relationships.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and execute customer sales
strategies. Ability to organize large amounts of information and
establish priorities. Ability to understand customer's annual report,
profit and loss statement, balance sheet, total cost concepts, and
function of major divisions within customer's organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Business administration; with major in
Marketing or Finance. Typically 1-2 years experience in commercial,
industrial, or inside sales preferred with demonstrated ability to
achieve sales goals and execute customer sales strategies. Ability to
organize large amounts of information and establish priorities. Ability
to understand customer's annual report, profit and loss statement,
balance sheet, total cost concepts, and function of major divisions
within customer's organization strong human relations, communications
and negotiation skills. Overnight travel required.
